In the framework of the implementation of The National Airspace Modernization Project that aims to increase flight safety, reduce delays and optimize flight efficiency according to the objectives of the European Commission, the National Air Traffic Agency (ANTA) finalized the project of the new Air Control Center (ACC) building, which was successfully implemented and constructed by Gener 2.
The new ACC building has been designed, constructed, and delivered within the predetermined timelines and includes the operational rooms for air traffic control. The ACC building, implemented in partnership with US-based Lockheed Martin, is a construction result of the qualified and committed staff of Gener 2.
The newly built and inaugurated structure has been constructed in full compliance with the technological standards indicated by the European Commission.
