Code of Conduct

Gener 2 Code of Conduct governs our approach to ethical behaviour and fair business practice.
Business ethics and integrity ensure our credibility.
All employees should observe the laws and regulations and fulfil their obligations reliably. They must demonstrate honesty and fairness in all aspects of their business activities.
We expect the same standards of conduct from our partners. If practices, legal stipulations or other rules differ from the stipulations laid down in the Code of Conduct, it is the stricter rules which are to be applied in each case.
Violation of the Code of Conduct is cause for discipline, including dismissal from the company and termination of any collaboration.

In support of the law no. 60/2016  “On whistleblowing and protection of the whistleblowers” the by-laws adopted on the basis for its implementation, as well as the Code of Administrative Procedures, Gener2 has adopted the following internal regulations:

1. Regulation on the Administrative Inquiry on Whistleblowing and Protection of Confidentiality in Gener 2
2. Regulation on the Administrative Inquiry on Whistleblower’s Request for Protection against Revenge in Gener 2.

With regard to reporting, please note that when you observe an important situation that you know or suspect violates Our Code, our policies, or the law, you are encouraged to report this using one of this channels:
