ABA Business Center was the tallest completed building in Albania. Opened in January 2009, this mixed-use center has an area of around 30,000 sqm and is located in Tirana’s most prime business and residential neighborhood. The floor to ceiling glass walls allow for pleasant views of the city.
Located next to the Qemal Stafa National Soccer Stadium, ABA Business Center offers business and residential space for leasing, and shopping and entertainment facilities. This cutting edge building offers services and amenities such as a 24-hour security system, an underground parking garage, an access control system, a central infrastructure network for supporting electronic communications, and a central television system. Gener 2 owns, operates and manages ABA Business Center and all of its activities.
Floors 5 to 17 are comprised of modern offices offering all the necessary services for the conduct of daily business. More than 15 companies and organizations are headquartered here.
The residential apartments comprise floors 18 and 19 and are considered as some of the most luxurious residences in Albania, with contemporary design and conducive to optimal living and luxurious conditions such as room service, laundry, and cleaning services among others. The building also has a state-of-the-art fitness center with a sauna.
To complement this contemporary center, we host two fine Italian restaurants. Fusion Dining & Cocktails is located on the same floor as our modern conference and meeting rooms. ABA Twenty First, located on the top floor of the building, is the finest gourmet restaurant in Albania, offering enjoyable experiences with a refined Italian cuisine, an amazing wine collection, and breathtaking 360 degree views of Tirana.
ABA Business Center also hosts the largest Italian department store, Coin. As the only one of its kind in Albania, Coin has become a major attraction and shopping experience.
