We are committed to ensuring that our business conduct adheres to all applicable laws and regulations, and that our employees maintain the highest standards of ethics when conducting business on behalf of our company. We extensively emphasize the confidentiality and integrity of our clients, contractors, subcontractors, employees, suppliers and every institution or individual that we deal with on a day-to-day basis.
It is the responsibility of Gener 2 and its employees to act professionally while adhering to established laws and regulations. Integrity and respect are the milestones of the Gener 2 culture

Code of Conduct

Gener 2 Code of Conduct governs our approach to ethical behaviour and fair business practice.
Business ethics and integrity ensure our credibility.
All employees should observe the laws and regulations and fulfil their obligations reliably. They must demonstrate honesty and fairness in all aspects of their business activities.
We expect the same standards of conduct from our partners. If practices, legal stipulations or other rules differ from the stipulations laid down in the Code of Conduct, it is the stricter rules which are to be applied in each case.
Violation of the Code of Conduct is cause for discipline, including dismissal from the company and termination of any collaboration.
